SAVE THE DATE! The dates for uniform fitting and
band registration have been set for Thursday August 6th, Tuesday
August 11, 2008 and Thursday August 13, 2008. A detailed time
schedule is listed below. The uniform closet is located in
the main gym, on the right as you enter Naaman.
Please help us stay on schedule and arrive at the appropriate
time.

In the interest of time, we will only issue the uniforms
these dates and issue tuxes in November.
Things to Remember:
- You will have to remove street clothes to try on uniforms,
so please wear appropriate under garments.
- Bulky shorts will not fit underneath the trousers of the
uniform.
- If you expect to try on shoes, please bring a pair of
socks.
IMPORTANT
All band fees must be paid at registration in order receive
your uniform.
All forms enclosed in this packet must be signed by a parent
or legal guardian.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
To coin a phrase, it takes a village, so
if you can help, please volunteer. Juniors/Seniors
get a few service hours by helping out.

Board Meetings are the first Tuesday of
each month in the Band Hall. Board meeting begins at
6:00pm, and the general band booster meeting begins
at 7:00pm. PLEASE try to attend as these are great sources
of information.
